Payments and Refund Policy

For online payment and order processing SpotFX uses Ezybonds/AllCharge Solutions (“Merchant Solutions”). Billing occurs shortly after your transaction takes place. SpotFX may require preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the order in case of credit card transactions. You agree with the payment for all products you purchase through the Merchant Solutions, and that SpotFX may charge your credit card for any products purchased.
All sales of products are final. Fees paid for products and services are non-refundable.
Prices for products offered via the Merchant Solutions may change at any time without price protection or refund in case of a price reduction or promotional offering.
If a product becomes unavailable after a transaction takes please but prior to download you may request a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, you may request replacement or refund of the price paid at discretion of SpotFX.

Sharing Information with Our Affiliates

We may share personal information described above with our affiliates for business purposes, such as informing customers about new products and services, and as permitted by applicable law.
