Introducing Brokers (IB Program)
Any individual or firm may establish a relationship with SpotFX to become an Introducing Broker (I.B). As a I.B you will be responsible for introducing clients to SpotFX and maintaining your client relations against the payment of commission.
What SpotFX offers I.Bs?

- SpotFX MT4 Desktop Multi-terminal
- SpotFX Mobile Trader
- Webtrader
- 2. Access to online trading 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- 3. Access to live prices, real time charts and account activity logs.
- 4. Full technical and client support, either by email, live chat or telephone.
- 5. Detailed monthly commission account statements.
- 6. Full training for you and/or your employees on the trading platform and trading techniques.
Corporate I.B:
In order to become a Corporate I.B for SpotFX, the following documents are required:
- 1.The original or certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
- 2. Proof of address.
- 3. Full contact information.
- 4. The original or certified copy of its Memorandum & Articles of association.
- 5. Identification of all the ultimate shareholders of the company.
- 6. Identifications of at least one of the company’s directors (certified passport copy of Director).
- 7. Identification of all those persons duly authorized to undertake investment transactions.
- 8. Establishment of the company’s business profile in terms of the nature & scale of its activities.
- 9. Board of Resolution.
- 10. A reference letter is required from either one of the following:
- A) Financial Institution
- B) Lawyer
- C) Accountant
Individual I.B:
In order to become an Individual I.B for SpotFX, the following documents are required:
